This is our fixed labour cost for virus or
Spyware removal, system upgrades, new builds, general system maintenance or just about
anything we do. The only other charge will be for any parts used
Boring I know, but our fixed price is just that fixed.
What to do next
- Free collection & return (within 5 miles of Cinderford).
- We’ll start to diagnose the problem and will recommend a remedy as quickly as possible. Then :
- We will produce an estimate for any parts along with an estimate of how long the repair will take.
- If you're happy with our estimates, we'll carry out the repair.
- We will give you a detailed service report when you collect your computer.
- We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the repair.
- We cover all makes and laptop, netbook and desktop computers
- We can repair and diagnose Apple laptops and desktops also
- Same day or next day response
- 24/7 support for critical systems (extra monthly fees will be involved to create SLA agreement)
